Bummer Zone Records Compilation Fall 2011

I've been looking forward to posting this comp all day. I honestly considered calling in and telling my supervisor I had the swine flue. Apparently I'm just doomed to never be as metal as Ferris Bueller though.

This is a fantastic comp put out by Bummer Zone Records. Bummer Zone was stared by Nick Stutsman (Merchant Ships, Midwest Pen Pals, Park Jefferson) and he has already managed to take on some of my favorite bands. This comp has new songs by Our Sunday Affairs and Park Jefferson who are easily two of my favorite artists. It's a fantastic blend of noodley emo, heart breaking acoustic, and even some super tight rap. Everything you need to turn around a day like today! damn rain...

I'm really excited about this label and I'm sure I'll be checking their tumbler religiously and you should too!
