Proper is Evan Weiss's third full length album and is by far the most well rounded. Unlike the first two Proper has shed that acoustic, lo-fi sound (that we have all come to love) for a full band feel, and it sounds fantastic. It manages to keep all the passion and honesty of his first two albums while becoming a little easier to listen to. I've been looking forward to this album ever since the pre-order link first went up, so my expectations were pretty high. Evan's lyrics and instrumentation have only improved and I couldn't be happier with the new direction he is taking.
Check it out. My personal favorite song is Midnight: Carroll Street, super catchy with fantastic lyrics. It's an all around great emo/pop-punk album and if you don't like it you're doing something wrong.
